1. Agreement

By using Brew or False, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Brew or False is an indie game published by Studio 2034. The game runs in your browser. Most gameplay data is stored locally on your device.

Premium access may be unlocked using an activation code delivered after payment. Codes are intended for your own use. Keep your code safe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Stripe processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

You agree not to misuse the game, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use automation in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We aim to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
